💈👭🏾Shout out to my sister from another mister @healthyhaircustomcare for cleaning up my hairstyle👩🏽 during this hardship. She was supposed to take out my summer braids, but then…

A good friend, family member and hairstylist🥰 will make sure your health🌡 comes first! And that’s exactly what she did! She let me take breaks, rest🛋️, get up🧍🏽‍♀️ and stretch🧘🏽‍♀️, take my pain meds💊, have my pillows and talked to me through the many unexpected PNES (Non-Epileptic Seizures) 😜 I experienced.

Normally when she braids I ONLY feel pain when she gets to that ‘sensitive spot’…YUP, she’s that good! But this time… my body shook and jerked from being oversensitive😳… THIS IS THE LIFE OF A FIBRO FIGHTER & EPILEPSY WARRIOR…we just never know when our bodies will react..

Anyhow… the pain🥰 is over and now I don’t have to worry about my hair for a hot minute…just my body.
